NorthCoast Academy is pleased to announce the writing team of Nick Pourcho, Paul Loos and Scott Allen for the 2011 Season.   More details to follow, so keep checking back!

NorthCoast Academy would like to publicly express our condolences to the Saputo family for the untimely passing of their son, Nick.   Nick was a great asset to this activity, touching many lives with his talent and friendly personality.   He will be missed by all that knew him. 

The season is rapidly coming to a close!  The next two weekends will be intense practice weekends.  The third weekend is WGI World Championships, held in Dayton, Ohio.  NorthCoast performs on Friday afternoon and Saturday evening.   To purchase tickets for this event, please visit www.wgi.org.   Thank you to all our supporters at State Championships this past weekend!

The weekend's camp is at Reese Schools.

Camp starts at 8:00 pm on Friday and ends at 10:00 pm on Saturday.

Please bring everything you need for the weekend:

-Bedroll

-Shower stuff

-Food or food money (we have four microwaves to use and a fridge to store food in)

-Shoes for marching

-Three ring binder with plastic sheets for your music

-Sticks/mallets/drum pads

-Brain cells

-DEODERANT!!!!!

-Medical Form

-Copy of Birth Certificate (I can make a copy for you)

You can come directly to the middle school to drop off your stuff or go to the high school.  Either is fine.

Cost is $40 which covers both weekends.   Lunch will be on your own.   There is a Subway in town along with a couple of local restaurants (Pompei has an AWESOME  stromboli!).    Please bring sticks and a pad with you.   Have a notebook for your music.   Please make sure you download the music and bring it along.   Front Ensemble members...if you are auditioning for mallets, we have mallets so you don't need to bring any.   If you are auditioning for drum set, bass guitar or guitar, bring those instruments with you.
