I want a vacation, somebody needs to take a vacation with me!

I'm sick of; sitting online all day roaming the web for useless information Sad

Waiting for coast to start...

and letting the mind roam.

So, let's vacation! Eye-wink

Right now i'm sitting at work...not really working. but entirely bored, so i'm writing one of these blog things.

basically I'm so soo soo excited for the next 5 weeks!

In 5 days We will be at the Troy regional. Its pretty exciting because Evolution & Rhythm X will be there and we only get to see them a few times the entire season. Also, this is the first competition this season that all 3 Michigan world lines will be in the same place at the same time!

In 13 days we have state finals. My favorite part about states is seeing how far we have come before we will travel to WGI finals in Dayton. Also, this is the last time that many of the in-state groups and fans will be seeing our show. Before and during the awards ceremony is always fun to see friends from other world lines and also cheer eachother on.

In 14 days we will be getting on our plane to travel to EUROPE!! This is so exciting!! I have never been to Europe before and I couldn't think of a better group of people to be traveling with. I'm hoping that while we're there, we'll be able to have the time of our lives. Performing in front of a fresh crowd should be a fantastic experience. I'm also looking forward to some sight seeing, and of course some shopping too! I should probably buy another memory card or two for my camera; I know i'll be taking more pictures and video than anyone thinks I should, but whatever. i do what i want. I hope its not too rainy while we're there, ya know...we're going to see the eiffel tower, and I'm hoping for either sunshine or stars. While we're there, we have the opportunity to improve times like a million. We are very fortunate that we'll have staff there to work with us and I hope we can all make the most of an entire week of rehearsal together!  I'm excited to know more details about what exactly is gonna be goin down while we're over there... hm. regardless, I can't wait.

I was planning on writing about the rest of the season, but i have to stop here for now. woopwoop! see ya! B)

There are blogs on here? That's awesome.  Although I don't really know what the difference is between a blog and the forum.  In fact, I would not have even discovered this little device had I not been searching for things to distract me from all my homework.

There is nothing to do in Florida when you are with your family.  Ive really done nothing fun while on my trip down here.  Yeah sure there was some "fun" moments, but nothing that i can remember for years to come.  I just hope that the next trip i take will be with my friends, so i can have some real fun and have a mountain or memories to remember and look back on.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused by the site going down last night; couldn't have happened at a worse time with everyone trying to organize car pools and the like! Programming's a funny thing. You can miss one small thing like forgetting a / or a ; somewhere in your code and the whole thing breaks down faster than my rust-bucket car, and don't even try to mix up ' and "!

That actually wasn't the case yesterday though, I have no idea what happened, but luckily I had run a backup right before the site went down. Restored the backup, and suddenly everything magically works.  I suspect some sort of data corruption on the web server or something, but since the site went down right after the backup, here's to hoping it doesn't go back down in a few hours!

Years back at one of my first graphic design jobs I got to have a dual-monitor setup at my workstation; it was awesome! Ever since, I've always tried to have a pair of monitors on my desk, it's great to be able to see the four or five programs I'm always running for design work instead of having to switch windows every ten seconds. Unfortunately I always get distracted because I usually always have a movie or something playing too! This week's distraction while I've been working on stuff has been The Tick. Anyone remember this cartoon? One of the best of the 90's for sure! I remember lots of Saturday mornings parked in front of the TV with a bowl of cereal watching the hell out of this show. Does anyone also remember the WAY lame live-action series? I watched every terrible episode when it aired, ha ha. I kept thinking I might enjoy the next one.

Oh, and the store is now up which is the real news. Just t-shirts for now, but everything else will be coming up soon. Exciting! I also was able to optimize the front page of the site to make it load faster today, but that's not nearly as exciting.
