show is finaly done
Well not totally, since I still have to figure out one "special effect" moment but I got done with MVT 4 this week-end.
By the way what Nick did for the ballad is very cool and i think as the potetial of being the best pit moment in WGI this season.
so as far as Notes goes for the battery anyway, it seems like the show is going in crescendo this season, the opener is more about instaling the concept (I hate that we should be using "idea" instead but everybody in the marching world uses Concept) clearly. MVT 2 is about showing off sections talent always respecting the Idea of the show. MVT 3 showing off what the pit can do, more liberties for visual with the battery and a little surprise full battery ensemble at the end of the ballad (pretty noteyyy) Mvt 4 starts with a cymbal feature then goes into section works, with one trademark NCA moment and resolving in a book end of the theme/idea instaled in MVT 1.
the staff and i are also working in deciding and planning a special effect Gammiky type thing that ties in the theme and would give us a little edge.
can't wait to see you all, and I am very exited about the season.
p.s. we have snow on the groud here
p.p.s. do you know what the word is.....?

wow..great news! i'm coming for sure.... snow in the ground?! its so cool!!!
